Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna (DDJAY) is a Government of Haryana plotted-housing policy. It allows Ground + 4 floors on a plot, with the option of floor-wise registry.

What plot sizes are available and at what price?

Plots range from 100 to 180 sq. yds. (900 to 1,620 sq. ft.). The base selling price is ₹95,000 per sq. yd., so a 100 sq. yd. plot starts at about ₹95 lakhs*. PLC applies on select plots.

Is GST applicable?

No GST is applicable on the plots. Registration and government charges apply as per norms.

How far is it from the metro and Gurugram?
